We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. Beyond Imaginations Travel Agency is not responsible for any costs or issues related to the lack of travel insurance.

  • Travel Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary and valid documentation for your trip, including passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

  • Responsibility for Entry Requirements: Beyond Imaginations is not responsible for any issues related to the inability to enter a country due to improper documentation or non-compliance with the entry requirements of your destination.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Imaginations Travel Agency will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Loss or Damage: Beyond Imaginations Travel Agency is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property, including lost luggage or personal items during your trip.

8. Force Majeure

Beyond Imaginations is not liable for failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work to provide alternatives or reschedule your trip if possible but will not be liable for refunds or compensation.
