Beyond Imaginations reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any tour, itinerary, pricing, or services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes to itineraries will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.

Booking & Payment

By booking a tour or travel package through Beyond Imaginations, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with the booking, including but not limited to deposit, payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Full payment must be received before the start of the trip unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have the appropriate and valid documentation required for travel, including passports, visas, and any other necessary permits, Beyond Imaginations is not liable for any issues related to travel documentation or entry into a country.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all bookings. Beyond Imaginations strongly encourages all travellers to purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any costs associated with the failure to obtain adequate insurance.

 

Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for the destinations they are visiting, including vaccinations and medical precautions. Beyond Imaginations is not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise during the course of travel.

Force Majeure

Beyond Imaginations is not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to choose reputable partners, Beyond Imaginations is not responsible for the actions, services, or failures of these third-party providers. All bookings with third-party vendors are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
